Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–7 years of e-commerce management and digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record of growing online sales and profitability.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations: product listings, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, and email.
• Analyze performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Improve UX and CRO to increase conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service for smooth customer journeys.
• Manage e-commerce budget and monitor ROI.
• Report performance to senior management.
