Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a Global Business Services (GBS) Recruiter to support recruitment activities across North America for both white-collar and blue-collar roles.

You will develop sourcing strategies, lead end-to-end processes, and help build a diverse talent pipeline with a focus on a superior candidate experience. The role collaborates with hiring managers and senior leaders, ensuring compliance with global recruitment processes and leveraging local labor

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across international locations.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building pipelines.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Recruitment experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Follow global recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for White Collar and Blue Collar roles.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Assess candidates and guide hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights to influence growth-oriented discussions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Educate candidates on company culture, history, benefits, and work environment.
• Negotiate offers within appropriate compensation ranges.
• Utilize sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
