Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. in Toluca is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will drive TPM, HACCP compliance, and continuous improvement, coordinating with Planning, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain teams.

The role requires 1–5 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel and SAP, with advanced English (B2-C1) for presenting results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 1–5 years in manufacturing, preferably food industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, food safety and quality systems.

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost goals.
• Promote a strong safety culture and drive risk management.
• Ensure food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP compliance and internal audits.
