Formación

• Experience managing online communities for brands or agencies.
• Strong written communication with ability to adapt tone to brand voice.
• Deep familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook).
• Curiosity about people, culture and regional conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and engage the brand’s community across social platforms.
• Read and respond to comments, DMs and conversations daily.
• Maintain a human, culturally relevant brand voice.
• Build relationships with followers, creators and communities.
