VaynerX is seeking a Community Manager based in Monterrey to listen, respond, and build authentic brand connections across social channels. You will translate local culture into a compelling online voice and nurture relationships with followers.

In this role, you will engage creators, respond to conversations, and bring regional insights back to Strategy and Creative teams. A strong writing ability and curiosity about culture are essential for success.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Facebook).
• Excellent writing skills with ability to adapt tones of voice.
• Curious about culture, trends and online behavior.
• Ability to identify insights and opportunities beyond daily community tasks.
• Organized and proactive in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and engage with the brand's community across social platforms.
• Read and respond to comments, DMs and conversations daily.
• Maintain a consistent, human and culturally relevant brand voice.
• Build meaningful relationships with followers and communities.
• Escalate sensitive conversations appropriately.
• Monitor conversations around the brand and relevant cultural moments.
• Stay plugged into trends in Monterrey and Northern Mexico.
• Identify opportunities for reactive content and engagement.
• Bring local culture context and insights back to the broader team.
