NextGen Ventures is seeking a Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator to manage content, communities, and partner QA across about 20 app accounts. You’ll develop calendars, collaborate with product and design teams, and drive trend-driven content that matches each brand voice.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of social media experience, strong English communication, and comfort with data-backed optimization within a multi-brand portfolio environment in Monterrey.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content marketing.
• Experience managing multiple brands or accounts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X.
• Strong organization and ability to QA/audit content from external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and post across roughly 20 social media accounts for multiple apps.
• Monitor engagement, respond to community activity, and act on real-time opportunities.
• Audit partner content against calendar and brand strategy; coordinate corrections.
• Support affiliate marketing program, track performance and assist with ROI/CPA analysis.
