Jabil is seeking a Molding Technician II to maintain production yields by inspecting operations and coordinating with shifts to optimize the molding process, including tool changes using RTC techniques. The role may lead teams of manufacturing support and other mold techs, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

The technician will ensure logs are current for production reporting, perform daily mold cleanings, and drive RTC events while training less experienced personnel as needed.

• Performs shut-down and close-out activities.
• Submits close-out/re-start data to Quality.
• Coordinates RTC calendar with Production Control.
