Responsibilities

• Inspects and reviews to maintain yields above 95% and coordinates with other shifts.
• Responds to equipment alarms and documents changes as required.
• Performs repair of process/equipment as needed and follows daily priorities.
• Keeps production logs and reports up to date for analysis and reporting.
• Performs daily mold cleanings and supports RTC calendar coordination.
• Directs RTC events using the RTC Checklist and trains newer team members.
• Supports safety initiatives and improves working conditions on the shop floor.
