Jabil is seeking a Materials SME II to drive standard work and continuous improvement across materials planning, purchasing, and inventory control. The role requires technical mastery of processes and systems, and leadership on regional or mega-site projects to improve service levels, profitability, and capabilities.

Key duties include leading materials processes, coaching teams, conducting audits, and coordinating cross-functional projects with IT.

Formación

• Understand Materials standard, procedures, systems and work methodologies.
• Experience applying broad range of materials-related systems and technology.
• Knowledge of quality systems linked to materials processes and how it connects to overall operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as Mega Site or Region SME in one or multiple materials processes.
• Coach and train the materials team and foster a learning environment.
• Monitor key Materials metrics for Mega Site/Region.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement in materials processes and systems.
