NTT DATA is seeking a Sr AI ML Engineer (Remote) to join our Guadalajara team. You will build scalable ML solutions for customer intelligence, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deploy models that optimize marketing investments and engagement.

Requirements include 2–4 years in ML or data engineering, proficiency in Python/SQL, and experience with PySpark, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Cloud skills (SageMaker/Databricks) are a plus, with remote/hybrid options depending on client needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 2-4 years of ML or data engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; PySpark or big data tools a plus.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms and ML tools like AWS Sagemaker or Databricks.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement ML models: recommendation engines, customer segmentation, predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write production-quality code in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows with Spark and Airflow.
• Participate in model validation, testing, and deployment processes.
• Communicate findings and model insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver data-driven products.
