Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field is required.

• IB Training, workshops, or certifications is preferred.

Job Purpose

Support the Middle School Principal in leading a safe, structured, and high‑performing learning environment aligned with the IB philosophy and school standards. The Vice Principal oversees daily academic, behavioral, and operational processes while fostering a positive school culture and strong relationships with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience

• 3 to 4 years of teaching experience.
• Previous experience in academic coordination, student management, or school leadership roles.
• Experience working within IB frameworks, preferably MYP.
• Experience managing school operations, student behavior, and parent relationships.
• Advanced English proficiency.
