Formación

• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un rol de liderazgo en un contexto internacional.
• Experiencia en programas PYP, Cambridge y/o NEM.

• Coordinar evaluaciones formales e informales del progreso de los estudiantes.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the implementationand alignment of academic programs: PYP, Cambridge, and NEM.
• Coordinateformal and informalassessments of student progress (including international exams), ensuring that progress is effectively monitored, documented, andcommunicated.
• Collaboratewith academicleaders from otherareas and the inclusion department to ensure academic excellence.
• Conduct regular curriculumreviews to ensure studentshave access to the most appropriate and up-to-date learning tools.
• Work proactively with the area's leadership team on the organization and logistics of school- wide activities.
• Supervise the English, Spanish, and Mathematics coordinators.
• Support teachers in planning sessions and through classroom visits.
• Maintain communication between the school and the International Baccalaureate.
• Ensure that PYP requirements are met by teachers.
• Provide curriculum-related parents meetings and workshop opportunities.

Requirements

• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
• Teaching experience in PYP, Cambridge, and/or NEM programs.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an international context.
