Kipling School in Mexico City is seeking a Vice Principal to support the Middle School Principal in upholding an IB-aligned, safe and high-performing learning environment. The role emphasizes leadership, behavior management, and collaboration with families and staff.

The position requires guiding daily academics, operations, and safeguarding practices while fostering positive relationships within an IB World School setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field is required.
• Master's Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Educational Psychology, or related field is preferred.
• IB Training, workshops, or certifications is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation of the school's mission, values, and IB philosophy.
• Lead student behavior, attendance, wellbeing, and discipline systems.
• Monitor teaching and learning practices through classroom observations and teacher support.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Build strong partnerships with students, families, and staff.
• Oversee daily school operations, schedules, teacher coverage, and school events.
• Support safeguarding initiatives and student protection practices.
• Collaborate with IB Coordinators and support teams to ensure student success.
