Capgemini Engineering Mexico is seeking an Automotive Requirements Engineer to define and govern vehicle feature requirements for top client programs. You will translate customer and business needs into clear, testable requirements and ensure delivery in line with milestones, collaborating with product planning, systems engineering, software and validation teams.

You will maintain bidirectional traceability from customer needs through system, software and hardware requirements; manage changes

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering.
• 3-5 years automotive product-development experience including requirements definition and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of automotive functional domains (body, chassis, electrical, propulsion, interior, infotainment, connectivity, or ADAS).
• Experience with IBM DOORS or comparable tools (Jama, Rhapsody).
• Advanced English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and decompose customer/stakeholder needs into platform-level requirements.
• Own creation, authoring, review, baselining, maintenance, and tracking of requirements.
• Analyze requirements for clarity, completeness, feasibility, and traceability.
• Coordinate requirement reviews and resolve gaps with global stakeholders.
• Maintain bidirectional traceability and manage changes through change-control.
