Job summary
TE Connectivity is seeking a MFG & PROCESS TE specialist in Hermosillo, Sonora to provide technical support for automated manufacturing lines and to optimize processes. You will help ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality production while supporting new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires Mechatronics/Mechanical/Automation background, experience with automated manufacturing processes, and flexibility for rotating schedules in a connected, global company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechatronics or related field.
- Experience providing support to automated manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support to high‑speed cable manufacturing lines.
- Monitor and maintain process performance on automated equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve process-related issues affecting quality and productivity.
- Support development, validation and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Make process adjustments and equipment configuration changes to meet specifications.
- Analyze production data and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Production teams on corrective actions.
- Assist in new product introductions, process transfers and equipment qualification.
