TE Connectivity is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Hermosillo to sustain and optimize high-speed cable extrusion processes. You will lead improvement projects focused on safety, quality, line performance, and material efficiency while collaborating with multifunctional teams.

Experience with extrusion tooling, die optimization, and polymer behavior is essential. The role requires hands-on leadership in process control, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma/Lean).

Formación

• Strong understanding of cable technology and polymer rheology during extrusion.

Responsabilidades

• Lead process development and optimization for high-speed extrusion lines (single, dual, and co-extrusion).
• Define and control critical process parameters — temperature profiles, pressure, screw speed, and puller tension.
