TE Connectivity Ltd. in Hermosillo Sonora is seeking a MFG & PROCESS TECHNICIAN I to support design, planning, and continuous improvement of high-speed cable manufacturing projects. You will participate hands-on in production line debugging, pilot builds, and process validation.

Document process parameters, capture lessons learned, and help ensure tooling readiness for smooth product integration and scalable manufacturing in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Formación

• Technical or Engineering degrees in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cable or electronics assembly.
• Knowledge of process validation, tooling design, and production ramp-up.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and engineering specifications.
