TE Connectivity Corporation in Querétaro is seeking a Staff Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer to lead the development, validation, and ramp of manufacturing processes for manual to fully automated cable and harness assembly.

You will drive process robustness and cost effectiveness while collaborating with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Product Engineering, NPI, Supply Chain, and external suppliers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 10+ years in process development or manufacturing of cable and harness assemblies.
• Experience leading automation and equipment implementation projects.
• Experience with designing manufacturing processes from concept to production release.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish for technical discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, validation, and production ramp of cabling and harness manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Product Engineering, NPI, and Supply Chain.
• Drive cost reduction, quality improvement, and productivity enhancements.
• Apply DOE, run-at-rate, PFMEA, Control Plans and capability analyses.
• Lead equipment/vendor reviews and qualification activities.
