The WHS Mexico Director will define, lead and execute Stellantis Mexico's strategy related to employee wellbeing, occupational health and industrial safety. The role ensures compliance with legal requirements, corporate policies and Stellantis standards while promoting healthy, safe and productive work environments across all Mexico operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in Business Administration or Industrial Management.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define, lead and execute Stellantis Mexico's wellbeing, health and safety strategy.
• Provide executive guidance on employee protection, health, safety risk and regulatory exposure.
• Promote a culture of wellbeing, safety excellence and risk prevention across Mexico operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, corporate policies and Stellantis global standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and advise senior leadership; manage budgets and risk mitigation programs.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Master's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Management (preferred)

Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor (preferred)
