Job summary

Autoliv is seeking a Health Safety and Sustainability Engineer in Mexico to coordinate Health & Safety, administer Medical Services, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial or Environmental Engineering is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in an EHS role with regulatory compliance responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican safety, health, and environmental regulations (STPS, IMSS, Civil Protection, Fire Department, etc.).
• Advanced English proficiency for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace safety and environmental compliance programs in line with policies and regulations.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor safety initiatives and KPI reports; manage monthly safety statistics.
