Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and supervise compliance with Safety plans and programs aimed at reducing risks and for compliance with current legislation.
• Through supervision, ensure the structuring of continuous improvement projects that guarantee reduction of incident indices and lost days, accidents, as well as health and hygiene programs.
• Supervise and validate the implementation of operating strategies of OU/SUs to meet organizational objectives.
• Develop measurable Safety, Hygiene and Health indicators to generate data for action plans and process improvements.
• Develop and establish development plans and knowledge in Safety, Hygiene and Health focused on personnel under supervision to drive organizational objectives.
