Carrier Global Corporation in Mexico is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to orchestrate supply plans aligning production capacity, inventory levels, and customer demand. You will develop strategies within the SIOP process and collaborate with manufacturing, materials, and supply chain teams to optimize capacity and ensure continuity.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply planning or related functions, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a track record of improving planning processes in
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering or Business).
- 5+ years in Supply Planning, SIOP/S&OP, Master Planning or related functions.
- Experience in manufacturing with production planning and capacity management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and capacity planning processes.
- Experience with S&OE, S&OP, IBP or SIOP and advanced Excel / ERP planning tools.
Responsabilidades
- Lead development and execution of supply planning strategies within the SIOP process.
- Perform scenario planning and rough-cut capacity analysis to support changes.
- Partner with manufacturing, materials, and supply chain teams to develop production plans.
- Identify, assess and mitigate long-range supply chain risks.
- Drive inventory planning, monitor DOH and E&O performance, support process improvements.
