Ezviz Inc. in Monterrey seeks a Sales Manager to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with major retailers (The Home Depot, Lowe’s), local electronics chains, and large real estate developers.

The role focuses on increasing EZVIZ's market share in smart lock category and coordinating with HQ for localization. You will drive channel development, KA management, and market insight initiatives while leading local promotions and after-sales service networks.

Formación

• Overseas sales experience, with 3+ years in the Mexican market.
• Strong background in smart home, security products, or hardware/electronics.
• Existing relationships with major Mexican retailers or distributors is required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with major retailers and distributors in Mexico.
• Pitch projects to real estate developers and property managers to promote smart lock solutions.
• Monitor market standards and localize products in coordination with HQ R&D.
• Lead local trade shows and channel promotions, and support installation networks.
• Develop and execute annual/quarterly sales plans and manage collections and inventory forecasting.
