American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Site Merch Lead to steer localized content strategy and site merchandising for Mexico digital channels.

You will drive localization, transition processes from the US team, and oversee the customer journey across web and app to boost conversion and revenue. You will manage daily content builds, optimize product discoverability, and lead a cross-functional workflow that minimizes dependencies on global assets while tailoring MX timelines and go-live

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, content management, or site merchandising.
• Experience leading workflows or small teams.
• Proficiency with CMS and Site Merchandising platforms (Contentstack, Bloomreach).
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Localization & transition leadership from the US team to the MX local team.
• Manage daily site content builds and optimize product discoverability.
• Lead cross-functional workflow to reduce dependencies on global assets.
• Oversee page sort updates using Bloomreach and conduct A/B testing.
• Coordinate promotions and dynamic content creation for MX.
• Manage navigation, search experience, QA, and performance tracking.
