BlueGrace Logistics seeks a team-focused Operations Manager to lead a group providing operational support to Managed Logistics customers. The role emphasizes coaching, development, and driving performance while ensuring service excellence.

Responsibilities include coaching direct reports, daily reporting reviews, supervising front-line staff, and implementing process improvements. On-call support for nights/weekends may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in operations, freight/transportation, or purchasing.
• Customer service experience required; fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
• Passion for employee development, mentorship, and performance management.
• Solution-driven with track record of improving processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine coaching and development for all direct reports, focusing on performance and career growth.
• Review daily reporting for accuracy (internal and external).
• Lead and develop front-line staff serving Managed Logistics customers.
• Monitor productivity metrics to drive team performance and success.
• Implement new processes to improve efficiency and close gaps.
• Train new employees and validate performance checkpoints.
• Evaluate and adjust processes for scalability and service excellence.
• Lead daily/weekly department meetings to align priorities and performance.
• Collaborate with manager to align operational goals with team performance.
• Create employee schedules ensuring optimal staffing at peak and off hours.
• Maintain awareness of team performance and address improvement opportunities.
• Participate in onboarding and go-live for new Managed Logistics customers.
• Assist in on-call program for nights and weekends as needed.
