Job summary

Telepatia is expanding its presence in Mexico, focusing on high-value hospitals, insurers and clinic chains. You will map decision-makers, lead discovery conversations, and craft tailored ROI models to move opportunities from first contact to pilots or contracts.

You’ll work closely with the Country Manager and founders, owning prospecting and deal progression with a data-driven approach and CRM rigor.

Qualifications

0–3 years in B2B enterprise sales, strategy or related analytical roles.
Strong analytical skills; ability to build financial models in Excel or Sheets.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish; professional English.
Ability to research and understand complex organizations such as hospital groups and insurers.
Relationship building with executive stakeholders; CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

Research and prioritize target hospitals, insurers, and clinic chains.
Lead targeted outreach and first discovery conversations to qualify interest.
Prepare briefing documents for key meetings with context and stakeholders.
Build ROI models for pilots and proposals based on client data.
Draft proposals, LOIs and pilot KPI sheets; participate in high-stakes meetings.
Maintain a clean CRM with accounts, contacts, opportunities and stages.
Contribute to Mexico sales playbook and forecast views.
