Telepatia is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to lead deployments across Mexican hospitals and health systems. You will craft country-specific rollout playbooks, guide site kickoff through adoption, and partner with medical directors to ensure alignment with clinical protocols.

You will also supervise onboarding specialists, coordinate with global teams, track pilots, and drive contracts from successful pilots.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in healthcare operations, hospital management, healthcare consulting or enterprise software implementation.
• Track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects in hospitals or health systems.
• Comfort with data: define metrics, build readouts, defend to medical leadership.

Responsabilités

• Design and run deployment plans for each Mexican site, including scope, specialties, timelines, metrics, stakeholders and risks.
• Lead clinical configuration with medical teams: templates, protocols and alerts aligned to Mexican guidelines.
• Hire, train and manage Onboarding Specialists; coach in the field and set weekly targets.
• Own pilot readouts: define metrics with clients, track weekly, present results to convert pilots into contracts.
• Run change management with medical directors and IT; plan trainings and communications.
• Coordinate with engineering and integrations teams on EMR connections and tech issues.
• Build Mexico deployment playbook and feed learnings back to product and commercial teams.
