Telepatia AI is revolutionizing healthcare in Latin America by embedding AI-driven healthcare support in clinical workflows. The Senior Enterprise Sales Leader for Mexico will own the revenue target and drive end-to-end deals across hospitals and networks.

You will lead a local SDR team, coach live deals, and ensure a disciplined outbound motion with strong forecasting and stakeholder management. Fluency in Spanish and professional English are required.

Qualifications

• Be hospital-obsessed, data-obsessed, and think like a business owner.
• Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (professional).
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales or roles supporting revenue or sales organizations.
• Hunter profile with outbound prospecting and closing deals.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; comfortable owning a number end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own Mexico revenue target and full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Lead and coach a local SDR team and stay involved in live deals to help the team compete effectively.
• Drive pipeline discipline with forecasting, deal hygiene, and outbound motion.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consulting, sales development, implementation, and customer experience teams.
• Build relationships with medical directors, CEOs, and operations leaders across Mexico.
• Develop partner-led pipeline with hospital networks and health systems.
• Translate market feedback into clear recommendations for product, marketing, and leadership.
• Foster a collaborative, high-execution culture aligned with Telepatia's goals.
