Arrive Logistics, Guadalajara, is seeking an experienced Mexico Operations Manager to lead cross‑border accounts and strategically drive performance. You will manage and mentor a diverse team, partner with BD and Carrier teams, and optimize onboarding and processes to deliver exceptional service.

You will analyze performance data, build growth strategies, and ensure 24/7 service coverage while fostering a high‑performing, collaborative culture in the Guadalajara office.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• 6+ years in Operations or Account Management at a 3PL.
• 4+ years focused on Cross‑Border Mexico.
• 2+ years of people management.
• Strong collaboration with other departments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, and client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with BD and Carrier teams to deliver top service for Mexico cross‑border accounts.
• Review account performance data to monitor KPIs and share insights with customers.
• Lead continuous improvement in account operations to boost efficiency and growth.
• Coordinate with Border Operations to ensure 24/7 service coverage.
• Audit load boards, scheduling, shipment tracking, pricing and offers.
• Assist with accounts receivable and aging to minimize invoicing issues.
• Act as escalation point for operational challenges with internal teams.
• Provide feedback to technology teams to improve systems for Mexico operations.
• Ensure timely responses to customer requests and follow‑ups.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations and coach team members for excellence.
• Oversee Account Coordinators and Team Leads within the Mexico team.
