Bombardier Transportation Mexico (Aerospace) seeks a Customs/Traffic Analyst 1 to join our logistics team in Querétaro. You will act as the primary liaison between internal departments and transportation service providers, manage inquiries, and ensure timely shipment tracking, billing, and cargo resolution.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, extensive English proficiency, and knowledge of domestic/international transport operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced, and demanding operational environment.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of domestic and international transportation operations and customs processes.
• CTPAT knowledge an asset.
• Advanced level of English and ability to conduct business conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and transportation service providers for all transportation-related activities.
• Manage and resolve service inquiries, including shipment set-up, tracking and tracing, customs-related problems, billing inquiries, cargo claims, and ad hoc transportation quotations.
• Investigate transportation issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve service performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders regarding shipment status, service issues, and resolutions.
• Record and maintain visibility of transportation quotes, service issues, and problem types to support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate domestic and international expedited shipments and ensure compliance with routing guides and policies.
• Serve as the first-level after-hours contact for transportation-related escalations.
