H&M in Mexico City is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth operation of facility management services. The role demands overseeing maintenance, supplier management, lifecycle planning, and energy efficiency. It reports to the Expansion Manager and is hybrid.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, strong supplier management skills, and a minimum of 3 years experience in facility management. Knowledge of energy efficiency is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, construction, and/or real estate.
• Proven experience in activity-based budgeting and operational planning.
• Background in the retail industry and experience within a large international organization are meriting.
• You are communicative, consultative, and collaborative in your approach.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance and supplier management for the facility portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Lead sourcing and procurement of Facility Service Providers.
• Manage facility plans and secure quality service delivery.
• Monitor energy consumption and drive energy efficiency initiatives.

Educación
