Qualifikationen

• MD with clinical experience in Mexican healthcare settings.
• Deep understanding of physician workflows across specialties.
• Interest or experience in AI, data science, medical informatics, or digital health.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to earn trust with clinicians and engineers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret clinical data and metrics.
• Grit, ownership and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
• Spanish native and English fluent for collaboration with international teams.

Aufgaben

• Translate real-world clinical problems into AI models to improve decision-making and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers to validate and tune models using clinical data from Latin America.
• Serve as the clinical voice in developing new features and tools.
• Run field pilots with doctors in hospitals and clinics to gather feedback and refine products.
• Coordinate with the Medicine team to align with Mexican health regulations (NOMs) and local practice.
• Participate in training, onboarding, and support for early adopters.
• Communicate key clinical insights to product, engineering, and commercial teams.
