Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking an accounting & office administrative specialist for its Mexico operation in Tlalnepantla de Baz.

You will own day-to-day accounting, support month-end close, and help ensure SAT and CFDI compliance while coordinating payroll and related admin tasks. You will work closely with a local consulting CFO and the U.S.-based Group CFO to keep the Mexican entity compliant, well-documented, and financially sound.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience with month-end close and financial statement prep.
• Experience with Mexican accounting, tax, SAT requirements and CFDI/invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting for the Mexican operation in collaboration with CFO leadership.
• Support month-end close, account analyses, reconciliations and ad hoc reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican accounting, tax, SAT/CFDI requirements.
• Coordinate with US AP/AR teams for local transactions, billing, collections and payments.
• Prepare documentation for audits and transfer pricing initiatives.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes as the operation grows.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and employee administration with internal/external partners.
• Maintain local records and support entity compliance activities.
