Parker Hannifin is seeking an engineering professional in Mexico to support product development in our Fluid Connectors Division. You will collaborate with production, sourcing and marketing to ensure design objectives are met and documented, contributing to robust processes and new product introductions.

The role emphasizes technical knowledge, cross-functional teamwork and a proactive mindset to drive new products from concept to launch in a global company.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Robotics or similar
  • English Level: Proficient
  • Basic knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, interpretation of plans
  • At least 1-year work experience or as internship in a global company
  • Learning agility

Responsabilidades

  • Provide information and tools to the production area to meet product and process specifications.
  • Develop new products.
  • Develop testing.
  • Participates in process and product decision-making.
  • Responsible for conducting FMEA and APQP.
  • Provides quotations for new products.
  • Optimizes materials for new product development.
  • Prepares technical information for the manufacture of new products.
  • Controls and develops engineering changes and engineering reviews.

Position Summary

Responsible for gathering information on all aspects of competing products and companies and evaluating their strengths and weaknesses. Collaborate with customer service, purchasing, sales and manufacturing functions so that project objectives are met. Work with internal marketing services group to develop promotional copy, programs and campaigns and advise on trade show themes and objectives. Organize project files to ensure they are technically correct and delivered on time. Support in training.
