ECON Tech in Mexico is seeking a MES Senior Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain MES solutions that connect shop-floor automation with enterprise systems.

You will analyze production requirements, implement MES features, configure interfaces with PLCs/SCADA, perform testing, and support continuous improvement of MES architecture across projects. On-site in Monterrey and Coahuila with remote work options within Mexico.

Formación

• Experience in R&D for industrial automation and MES solutions.
• Strong software development skills across MES or related systems.
• Programming experience with languages like C#, .NET, Java, SQL, Python, and scripting.
• Experience with testing: unit, integration, and system testing in production environments.
• Foundational knowledge of electronics, PLCs, and SCADA/HMI interfaces.
• Experience in manufacturing or Industry 4.0 environments is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain MES solutions that integrate shop-floor with enterprise systems.
• Analyze production requirements and implement MES functionalities.
• Configure interfaces with PLCs, SCADA, and other control systems.
• Perform system testing and validation and troubleshoot live environments.
