Molex is seeking an MES Engineer to support and enhance the MES environment across manufacturing. You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality and IT to maximize data accuracy and system reliability.

Responsibilities include administering MES, integrating interfaces, and supporting SPC and data-driven improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams in a high-volume setting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years in MES, manufacturing systems, automation or related roles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset; self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain MES systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with MES capabilities.
• Develop and integrate interfaces between equipment and MES.
• Design, maintain, and support databases and system integrations.
• Analyze production data to support improvements.
• Support SPC activities and reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot MES issues and implement solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality and productivity.
• Perform other duties to support business objectives.
