Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. seeks a production systems specialist to manage MES routes, BOMs and quality parameters, ensuring real-time reflection of operations. You will serve as the on-floor contact for operators, resolving scanning errors and data discrepancies to prevent stoppages.

You will monitor OEE, Yield and traceability, generate dashboards, and train new hires in MES use. The role emphasizes coaching across operations and engineering teams to adopt new methods and standards.

Formación

• Experience using MES to manage routes, BOMs and quality parameters.
• Ability to resolve real-time data discrepancies and prevent stoppages.
• Familiarity with OEE/Yield/Traceability reporting.
• Capability to design visual aids and training materials.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain production routes, workflows and BOMs in MES.
• Act as first point of contact for operators to resolve system issues.
• Monitor data integrity and generate real-time performance reports.
• Train new hires and end users on MES terminals and functions.
• Coordinate improvements to enhance efficiency and cost reduction.
