Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. seeks a production systems specialist to manage MES routes, BOMs and quality parameters, ensuring real-time reflection of operations. You will serve as the on-floor contact for operators, resolving scanning errors and data discrepancies to prevent stoppages.

You will monitor OEE, Yield and traceability, generate dashboards, and train new hires in MES use. The role emphasizes coaching across operations and engineering teams to adopt new methods and standards.

Formación

• Experience using MES to manage routes, BOMs and quality parameters.
• Ability to resolve real-time data discrepancies and prevent stoppages.
• Familiarity with OEE/Yield/Traceability reporting.
• Capability to design visual aids and training materials.

Descripción del empleo

Create and maintain production routes, workflows, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and quality parameters within MES to ensure the system accurately reflects production operations in real time.

Acts as the first point of contact for operators and supervisors on the floor, resolving scanning errors, system blocks, or data discrepancies to avoid production stoppages.

Monitor and validate the integrity of production data (OEE, Yield, Traceability). Generate reports (Queries) and dashboards for decision-making based on real-time efficiency metrics.

Design support materials (visual aids) and continuously train new hires and end users in the correct use of MES terminals and functionalities.

Coordinate improvement activities for efficiency increases, cost reduction, and process enhancement, including the preparation of standards, methods, and required documents. Acts as a coach for operational areas and engineering levels in new methods and standards.
