Aspire Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager - Merchant Acquisition to drive market expansion across Mexico. This hunter role targets acquiring new merchants in the restaurant and retail sectors by selling a comprehensive SaaS plus payments ecosystem with SPEI, debit processing, payment links, online portals, and POS integrations.

The role requires outbound prospecting, field visits, and consultative sales conversations to close new accounts and foster early adoption.

Formación

• Proven hunter in field sales with new market openings.
• Experience selling fintech, payments, POS or SaaS.
• Proven quota attainment in SMB/mid-market.
• Willing to travel for field visits.

Responsabilidades

• Generating new business through outbound prospecting and field visits.
• Executing go-to-market strategies in priority verticals.
• Conducting consultative sales conversations with merchants.
• Closing new accounts and driving platform adoption.
• Supporting onboarding and ensuring early-stage engagement.
• Identifying upsell and referral opportunities.
• Providing structured field feedback to improve GTM execution.
