SHEIN is seeking a Merchant Acquisition Specialist to expand our Non-Fashion Category by identifying and onboarding new merchants. This field-oriented role focuses on meeting new people, exploring markets, and turning opportunities into partnerships.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, up to 5 years of experience, and advanced English proficiency. Expect frequent field visits and travel to foster strong merchant relationships and drive category growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to build lasting partnerships.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and acquire new merchants through market research, field visits, networking, and direct outreach.
• Visit wholesale markets, factories, and business hubs to discover opportunities.
• Build relationships with merchants and present the value of joining our marketplace.
• Manage the merchant acquisition process from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and growth.
