Qualifications

• Currently pursuing final year of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Basic understanding of digital logic design and semiconductor fundamentals.
• Exposure to programming concepts, preferably Python, C/C++ or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Support verification activities for chip-level and block-level functionality of advanced memory products.
• Assist in developing digital and analog verification environments for DRAM technologies.
• Create test patterns, run regressions, and improve functional coverage of memory features and architectures.
• Analyze verification failures, assist debugging, and identify root causes with engineers.
• Participate in automation, scripting, AI-assisted engineering solutions, and verification flow improvements with global teams.
