Micron Technology in Mexico invites you to join as a Design Verification Engineer Intern. You will collaborate with innovative design and verification teams to support the development of advanced DRAM and memory technologies, gaining hands-on exposure to verification methodologies, automation tools, and industry-leading semiconductor design practices.

You will work within a global engineering environment while learning from experienced engineers and contributing to world-class memory solutions.

Formación

• Pursuing final year of Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics/EE.
• Fundamental digital logic and semiconductor basics.
• Exposure to Python or C/C++ programming.
• Strong analytical and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support verification activities for chip-level and block-level functionality.
• Assist in developing digital and analog verification environments for DRAM technologies.
• Create test patterns, run regressions, and improve functional coverage of memory features.
• Analyze verification failures and aid debugging with engineers.
• Participate in automation, scripting, AI-assisted verification improvements.
