Micron Technology, Inc. invites applications for a Design Verification Engineer Intern role focused on advanced DRAM and memory technologies. You will join global teams to develop verification environments, create test patterns, run regressions, and contribute to AI-assisted engineering and automation efforts.

You will gain hands-on experience with high-density memory products and state-of-the-art verification methodologies while learning from experienced engineers in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Pursuing final year of Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Understanding of digital logic design and semiconductor fundamentals.
• Familiarity with CMOS circuits through coursework.
• Exposure to programming concepts, preferably Python or C/C++.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support verification activities for memory products at chip and block levels.
• Assist in developing digital and analog verification environments for DRAM technologies.
• Create test patterns, execute regressions, and improve functional coverage of memory features.
• Analyze verification failures and collaborate with engineers to identify root causes.
• Participate in automation, scripting, and AI-assisted engineering solutions to improve verification flows with global teams.
