Micron is seeking a Design Verification Engineer Intern to work with global teams and contribute to advanced DRAM and memory technologies. You will gain hands-on exposure to verification methodologies, automation tools, and high-density memory products while learning from experienced engineers.

The role emphasizes collaboration across design and verification teams in an industry-leading environment, with opportunities to apply scripting and AI-assisted engineering to improve verification flows.

Formación

• Pursuing final year of a Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Basic understanding of digital logic design and semiconductor fundamentals.
• Exposure to programming concepts, preferably Python or C/C++.
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support verification activities for chip-level and block-level functionality of memory products.
• Develop and maintain digital and analog verification environments for DRAM technologies.
• Create test patterns, run regressions, and improve functional coverage of memory features.
• Analyze verification failures and assist in debugging with engineers.
• Participate in automation, scripting, and AI-assisted engineering for verification flow improvements.
