Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Design Verification Engineer Intern to collaborate with innovative teams on advanced DRAM and memory technology verification.

You will gain hands-on exposure to high-density memory products and participate in automation and AI-assisted engineering efforts within a global team. The role emphasizes learning from experienced engineers, improving verification coverage, and contributing to industry-leading semiconductor design practices.

Formación

• Currently pursuing the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Exposure to programming concepts, preferably with Python, C/C++, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with CMOS circuits and electronic systems through coursework.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support verification activities for advanced memory products at chip and block level.
• Develop and maintain digital and analog verification environments for DRAM technologies.
• Create test patterns, run regressions, and improve functional coverage of memory features.
• Analyze verification failures and assist debugging to identify root causes.
• Participate in automation, scripting, and AI-assisted engineering solutions with global teams.
