Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. You will supervise shipping/receiving, inventory control, and documentation to support manufacturing operations.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, and basic PC tools. You will collaborate with production and quality to ensure accuracy, compliance, and safe, efficient warehouse performance.

Formación

Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred.
GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
PC Knowledge: Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Knowledge of information systems including ERP, MRP, CAF, CATSWEB.
MRP knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

Supervises shipping, receiving, storing and registering of material in the warehouse.
Ensure inventory flow between manufacturing and packaging sites and communicate risk.
Records inventory transactions in material control systems accurately.
Supervises flow of raw materials to production and packaging areas.
Supports cycle count program and maintains warehouse procedures.
Maintains warehouse documentation for Quality and EMS compliance.
Participates in process/quality improvement projects and adheres to safety policies.
Communicates issues to management and ensures regulatory compliance.
