Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Automation & Reliability Engineer STAFF in Juarez, MX. You will enhance equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and lead maintenance programs across multiple manufacturing platforms.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with TPM and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with FRACAS and risk analysis.
• Experience with CMMS systems (SAP PM, Maximo).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor equipment OEE and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop maintenance training contents for technicians and engineers.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve reliability.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support long‑term asset lifecycle and replacement planning.
