Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Ciudad Juárez, MX is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, and material movements to support manufacturing. The role ensures accurate inventory records and smooth material flow between sites, while upholding quality and EMS standards.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) with ERP/MRP knowledge and proficiency in Windows tools. On-site role with emphasis on safety, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
• PC knowledge with Windows (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as CAF and CATSWEB.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises shipping, receiving, storing and registering of material in the warehouse.
• Ensures inventory flow between manufacturing and packing sites and communicates risks.
• Maintains accurate recording of inventory transactions in the material control systems.
• Supports warehouse procedures and documentation for Quality and EMS compliance.
• Participates in process/quality improvement projects and adheres to safety guidelines.

We are searching for the best talent for : Warehouse Coordinator

Purpose:

To maintain warehouse facilities and material control systems to support manufacturing operations objectives.

You will be responsible for:

• Supervises shipping, receiving, storing and registering of material in the warehouse.
• Assurance of inventory flow between manufacturing and packaging sites to include communication of risk and management of it.
• Ensures timely and accurate recording of inventory transactions in material control systems.
• Supervises flow of raw materials to production kiting area and instruments to packaging center.
• Supports cycle count program.
• Establishes and enforces warehouse specific procedures.
• Establish and maintain appropriate warehouse documentation as required for Quality.
• Assurance activities and the Quality Documentation Systems.
• Participate in process/ quality improvement projects.
• Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
• Promote all activities related to maintain a high inventory accuracy.
• Conduct discrepancy investigations and identifies root causes and corrective actions using
• EES Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system.
• Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records
• Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third-party vendor if applicable.
• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
• Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures Performs other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred.
• GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
• PC Knowledge, Windows (power point, excel, word).
• Knowledge of information systems including but not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP,
• MRP), CAF, CATSWEB.
• MRP knowledge preferred.
