Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Morelia, Michoacán is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to achieve product sales objectives and expand market penetration. You will assist surgeons in the operating room, support in presenting devices, and schedule customer visits while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

This role offers commissions and sales incentives, recognition for performance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive market development and education

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or in progress in healthcare or science with documentation confirming current status.
• Minimum of 2 years in a commercial/sales role in the medical devices industry is desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in attaining established sales goals and market share objectives.
• Support surgeons in the operating room and provide feedback on device usage.
• Execute market development and field marketing activities.
• Schedule appointments and deliver sales presentations to customers.
• Develop customer-focused presentation packages for sales initiatives.
• Coordinate professional education activities for healthcare professionals.
• Makes regular customer visits to gather information on orders and market conditions.
• Manage contracts and tender activities within assigned territories and budget.
