J&J Family of Companies in Morelia, Michoacán, is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to drive product sales to new and established accounts in the MedTech field. This role includes field sales support, clinics and hospitals, and commission-based incentives.

You will collaborate with surgeons, schedule visits, and assist in market development, tender management, and reporting. A healthcare/science degree and at least 2 years in medical devices sales are preferred, with intermediate English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, science, engineering, medicine or business administration; in progress acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years in a commercial/sales role in medical devices is desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Executes promotional activities to advance sales in product lines or areas.
• Relays market information to management and prepares sales reports.

Purpose

Responsible for achieving product sales to new and established accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

You will be responsible for:

• Assists in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives.
• Assists surgeon in operation room and provides valid feedback on the use of devices.
• Assists in implementing market development and field marketing activities.
• Schedules appointments and makes sales presentations to customers.
• Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.
• Coordinates Professional Education activities to enhance the knowledge of Healthcare professionals.
• Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
• Performs contract and/or tender management activities.
• Targets and manages assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget.
• Checks with logistics to ensure product availability.
• Executes national, regional, and local promotional activities that are designed to advance sales in specific product lines or areas.
• Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Assists in making sales forecasts for business planning by account and submits to management.
• Prepares sales reports and documents as required.
• Relays relevant market information to management.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor's Preferably Healthcare or Science University Degree. Engineering, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or Business Administration. Candidates must have completed their degree or be in the process of obtaining it, with supporting documentation confirming that the degree is currently in progress.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial/sales role in the medical devices industry is desirable.
• Excellent oral (including group presentations) and written communication skills, as well as solid organizational and time management abilities are required. The qualified candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills and enjoys working in collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Intermediate English level.
